Tue Aug 30 – Freshmen, JV, Varsity home games VS Midlothian, 5:30 at HPHS. Update: Varsity was a little shaky in the first set against Midlothian with 8 service errors but won 3-0 in front of a loud home crowd with HP football and HPVB alumni parents. Then after the game, HPVB had a ceremony to share Coach Dearman’s 600th career victory with the home fans.

Fri Sept 2

• HPVB will be featured at 9:00am Pep Rally in the main gym. Go early to get seating since the gym will be super crowded.

• 11;30 HPVB Moms Lunch at SPIN! Neopolitan Pizza  (5627 SMU blvd). Also 11:30 HPVB Dads Lunch at Grub Burger Bar (4925 Greenville ave #150)
• Freshmen, JV, Varsity away games VS Rockwall Heath, 5:00 at Rockwall Heath HS (801 Laurence Drive, Rockwall, TX 75032).

Sat Sept 3 – JV at Larmar Tournament (Arlington Lamar high school – 1400 Lamar Blvd West, Arlington, TX 76012),   Playing schedule (There is no pool play at this tournament. JV will go straight into bracket play with a minimum of 3 matches)

Mon Sept 5 – No school due to Labor Day but we do have volleyball practice. Varsity 8:30-11:00. JV 10:00-12:00. Freshmen 2:00-4:00
